1 round of sandwiches cut into 4 triangles.( filling to be discussed with you)

1 bag of crisps,(not so healthy but all kids love them!!!)

1 peice of fruit(type to be discussed)

1 box of raisins

1 tube yoghurt

1 snack size chocolate bar.

1 fruit shoot,or bottle of water
