Every child will paint and decorate their own t/shirt to take home and wear.

At the begining ,there will be a 10 minute demonstration ,were the children sit down and watch a member of mr craftys,show them how to spray the special fabric paint on to the t/shirt, and how to scrunch the t/shirt up in different ways to get different effects., then once the t/shirt has had a little time to dry show the children how to stencil onto the t/shirt,using either fabric markers or sponging the paint on to the stencils(there are 2 types of stencils)There are foam ones that you put paint onto then print it on to the t/shirt(this technique is best for the younger ones,aged 4 to 6)or we have the plastic stencils that you hold in place on the t/shirt and use the pens or you can use a sponge and dip it in some paint first,then sponge the paint through the stencil.

all children are offered to get their faces painted aswell free of charge!!

TIME

The demo will take about 10 minutes!

the children are split into two groups, one group will make placemats,(to eat their party food on!) whilst the other group will start their t/shirts.

once the children have painted both sides of the t/shirts its time to swop over activities.

once they have all finished its time to eat and give them a chance to dry.

they can all use their placemats with their party food!

(Aprons will be provided)

party food (which Mr Crafty can provide ,please see option on home page!)

after they have finished their food,

now group 1 will start stencilling their t/shirts whilst group 2 will make their party bags.

once they have done this they will swop over activities again.

The t/shirt will then be ready to go home in a plastic bag.

Ready for the child to wear.

(The t/shirts should not be washed for the first 72 hours after the party.)

We will provide a care label for the children to take home with them,to help prolong and keep the t/shirts as new .THE T/SHIRTS WILL BE WASHABLE!!

THEN WE WILL USE THE TABLES AND CHAIRS PROVIDED BY THE HALL.
